In 2021, we launched Chaar Horse Accelerated Breeding Program. Horse lovers from around the world supported this initiative and became participants in the program.

The program shows its effectiveness, since the beginning of the program from 20 heads of horses, we have increased the livestock to 50 heads. By 2026, we plan to reach 100 foals and more.

Increasing the livestock and caring for horses requires the availability of facilities for organizing timely nutrition and providing veterinary care.

To resolve this issue, we plan to build a “creative hub” in 2024-2025 with conditions for accommodating up to 500 horses. The “Creative Hub” will not only consist of paddocks and a farm, but will also be an arena for equestrian events and a hotel complex with conditions for organizing cultural, art and educational events. The purpose of creating a “creative hub” is to harness breeding, equine sports, culture and science to popularize chaar horse.

Necessity of stables and paddocks:

Our aim is to increase number of chaar horses in all over the country and for that we are going to use natural way of reproduction process, where all processes will happen in herds in nature. For that we are keeping our off-springs thanks to the accelerated breeding program. In couple of years they are will be ready to work in a herd and according to our planning we will rent our stallions for summer season to horse-breeders who are intended to breed chaar horses and we will keep them in the farm rest of the season.

While stallions in the farm each of them need a private space and commodities in a way to avoid injuries and trauma they can cause to each other. Also for our herds to improve feeding process and for healing reasons we will need more comfortable stables and paddocks.

Arena for equestrian games:

Kyrgyz’s have a strong and reach equestrian culture which consist of different types of equestrian games. It is good to safe old traditional games, but we believe that it is time for young Kyrgyz riders using their knowledge and riding skills to open the world and integrate in a world equine sport community.

For that reason since 2011 we have established first Kyrgyz horseball federation and together with our friends from France we succeed to teach Kyrgyz riders to play horseball and as a final result in 2022 kyrgyz horseballers first time in a history have participated in a horseball world cup which was held in France, Saint Lo. We would like to continue to work with local community in this direction and teach young riders not only to play horseball but also to teach them to treat horses with respect and give them a good care.

Also existence of professional arena will permit us to organize horseball tournaments and invite other nations who play horseball.

Art Hotel and event hall:

Today we are receiving lot of demands not only from artists but also from tourists to visit chaar horses to spend some time with them and dive into the history.

• Art hotel will be the space for artists to create their master pieces inspired by chaar horses and will be just simply the place for all who wish to live some moments with chaar horses.

• Event hall will serve to host cultural events as well as for organization educational seminars and conferences.

• Art hotel will be a center of popularization of chaar horse.

We strongly believe that “Creative Hub” will play an important role in implementing of all our projects to revive and popularize chaar horses.

To launch ‘creative hub’ requires 700,000 euros.
